The cuisine of Citron and Rose is inspired by the culinary traditions of European Jews as they migrated throughout the continent, adapting the local cuisine to their religious customs. Citron and Rose preserves a centuries-old tradition while creating a new and dynamic kosher dining experience.

Designed by Boxwood Architects, Citron and Rose evokes the old-world elegance of Europe dovetailed with the forward-looking energy of modern American design. The restaurant features an eating counter where guests can observe the action in the open kitchen. An adjacent bar offers a complete selection of kosher wine, beer and spirits, including an extensive selection of single malt Scotch. The other half of the space features an intimate dining room as well as a private room for special events.
