About Citron + Rose

David Magerman opened C&R Kitchen (formerly Citron + Rose) in 2012 to bring high-quality kosher dining to the Philadelphia community. We explore the roots of Jewish cooking through updated interpretations of this tradition-rich cuisine. With a 90-seat restaurant and bar, plus an off-premise catering operation, C&R Kitchen offers a refined, full-service approach to kosher hospitality. C&R Kitchen is under the kosher supervision of Community Kashrus of Greater Philadelphia.
